Our prices are per room, per night, based on a maximum of 2 people from 1 household sharing a room and include all taxes.

 

Exclusive Guest Option available from £315 per night. (Maximum 2 guests- Includes breakfast, the use of 1 guest bedroom of your choice and the use of the Breakfast Room throughout your stay.) You will be the only guests at Westerton. This option is subject to availability and  cannot be booked online- please email us or use the contact form on this website.

Minimum 2 night stay.

Westerton is exclusively for adults, we do not accommodate children under 18 years, wedding parties or pets

Westerton is Non Smoking throughout in accordance with Scottish Law. Smoking in the room or on the premises will render you liable to a charge of £250 and the cost of deep cleaning the room and any revenue lost if we are unable to let the room.

Check in is available between 16.00 and 19.00 hours.  Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable check in time so we can ensure social distancing.  

Due to the extra time involved in airing, pre-sanitising, cleaning and re-sanitising guest bedrooms early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Payment:

We have introduced a contactless check out procedure to comply with social distancing regulations. 

Full payment of the total cost of your reservation will be taken 21 days prior to your arrival date.  

Cancellation Policy:

We are a small business and cancellations have a big impact on us.  We understand that unforeseen circumstances can intervene and we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your reservation at Westerton.  We recommend that you arrange cancellation insurance in these times of great uncertainty.

If cancellation is made within 21 days of your arrival date, full payment for the total cost of your stay will be retained unless we are able to re-let your room at short notice. 

Should we require to cancel your reservation due to Covid19 travel restrictions in our local area, or in the event of a positive case of Covid19 at Westerton we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.
